Repairs/Upgrades:
Hydroid has instituted a new Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedure that applies to all vehicles/equipment being returned for upgrade or repair. Prior to shipping any vehicle/equipment to Hydroid you must have an RMA number. To obtain an RMA number please download and complete the RMA form and email it to . You will receive an email from our technical support group with the RMA number and shipping instructions. Once assigned, this number serves as the tracking number, and must be referenced on the outside and inside of the shipping container(s). Additionally, please include the RMA Number in all future correspondence regarding the returned vehicle/equipment.

Training:
REMUS AUVs have been designed to include a highly advanced and intuitive Graphical User Interface (GUI) for ease of use and operation. However, to ensure our customers’ success and prolong the to life of the AUV, Hydroid also offer new customers a 5-days product training session (at your facility or ours). This training covers all aspects of mission planning, operations, data analysis, product troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. Other customized training sessions, ranging from 2 to 10 days, are available based on our customers’ unique training needs.
