The REMUS AUVs utilize a highly advanced
and intuitive Graphical User Interface (GUI) for ease
of use and operation. In fact, all aspects of the REMUS
have been designed with our customers in mind, including
minimal regular maintenance requirements; self-contained,
rechargeable batteries; and a high quality, durable
design with a proven track record for reliability.
To ensure our
customers’ success and prolong the life of
your AUV, Hydroid also offers new customers a 5-day
product training session (conducted at your facility
or ours). This training covers all aspects of mission
planning, operations, data analysis, product
troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Custom training sessions, ranging
from 2 to 10 days, are also available to meet your unique
and changing training requirements. All training is
based on a proven Hydroid curriculum, and is led by
a highly qualified technician from Hydroid’s customer
service team.
